Shipping

• National and International orders are shipped daily.
• Our standard shipping couriers are Canada Post and UPS.
• * You may choose another delivery method when you place your order if one or more options are available for your shipping location.

• Standard Delivery Order usually arrives within 7 business days for in stock items.
• You may receive several shipments on orders with multiple products
• Please provide street address for UPS delivery. Please indicate if this address is residential or commercial.
• International shipping NOT available without special quote and arrangements.
• * Please note that all brokerage fees and duty charges for international orders are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by Alchemy Center.

Shipping and Handling Rates

Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order before any taxes, adjustments or shipping charges. If any items are back ordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionately and charged only as the merchandise is shipped or as preferred by the customer.

Rush service and premium shipping and handling will be quoted based on order size, shipping weight, level of service required and carrier selected.

Certain do not qualify for Standard Shipping. Items considered HAZARDOUS will require special handling and premium rates. Orders for items considered HAZARDOUS will require separate processing and may not be available at all to your location. If this applies to your order, we will contact you in advance.

Returns

We are proud of our long standing reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return for products purchased at Alchemy Center as long as the transaction meets our basic requirements:

• Item must have been purchased from Alchemy Center within the past 2 weeks (15 days)
• Item must be unused and in original packaging and received in that same condition.
• Return must be postage paid by purchaser.
• A completed return form must be included in the returned shipment.
• Unfortunately, items purchased over 15 days prior are not eligible for return.
• Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
• Specially discounted or SALE items may NOT be returned.

Upon receipt of your qualified return we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 7 days for processing.
